All clients must be ready on arrival as I work on a strict schedule. If you are not ready this will cause me to reschedule the appointment and loss of deposit.

I have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy unless there is an emergency. If you cancel last minute or are a no-show, you will be charged in advance for your next appointment plus a $20 cancelation fee. A new appointment will not be scheduled on the books without these fees.

Travel Fee: I will travel outside of my service area of Hudsonville and Jennison however there is a $20-$25 travel fee depending on the distance. If I am fully booked at a living facility for the entire day, then the travel fee will be waved.

If hair is matted I must be notified in advance. If hair is matted without notice I will reschedule the appointment with the loss of deposit. There is no way to determine exactly how long a de-matting will take. I can only estimate and must have photos and or a consultation. If hair is matted it is $75 an hour to detangle.

Home Salon Prices

Home Salon Prices are based on services in my in-home salon services in which clients come to my home for services. This is by Appointment Only! No Walk-Ins.

Nail Services: I Reserve the right to refuse Nail Services if the area is infected. I am not a pediatrist. Infected Nails must be properly treated.

All clients need to pay in advance if you won't be with your loved one a the time of their service, unless you leave payment with them. I will be more than happy to text you a picture once their service is done.

I designed my company to help my clients in their times of need, but there are guidelines that clients need to follow to help me provide the best service possible and that allow me to reach each client in a timely manner.

Please note I am on a tight schedule to reach everyone so I cannot wait more than a few minutes once I arrive to get started. So please have your loved one ready on arrival. If I have to wait more than 10 minutes, we will have to reschedule, and you will be responsible for payment whether the service was rendered or not since I arrived.

At times I will need to move your appointment time forward or back to best fit my schedule. Failure to work with me will result in your appointment being rescheduled. I do this so I can help as many clients as possible in each day. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
